Why is the form asking me if I would like to "cover the fees"?
Like all digital payment platforms, there is a fee associated with each transaction. Tithe.ly gives the donor the option of covering the fees of the transaction to save the cost to the church. The processing fee is 2.9% + . 30 per successful transaction on VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

If you would like to attribute your donation to a name, please write the names on the online giving form in the section Note / Memo
When will I get a tax receipt?
A tax receipt will be emailed to the address giving through the online form.
I made a donation, why can't I see the names of those who I would like to commemorate?
The names are manually entered on the website weekly upon confirmation of payment - therefore it may take a few days for the name to appear on the website.
